    Abstract: A method of reducing phospholipid concentration in biological tissue. The biological tissue is immersed in an isopropyl alcohol solution for an effective period of time. After the effective period of time, the biological tissue has a phospholipid concentration that is at least 10 percent by weight less than an initial phospholipid concentration of the biological tissue.

    Abstract: A prosthetic heart valve includes a stent frame with a first end portion, a second end portion, and a central portion extending between the first end portion and the second end portion. The stent frame extends in a first direction of a longitudinal axis of the prosthetic heart valve from the first end portion to the second end portion. The prosthetic heart valve further includes a support arm coupled to the stent frame, a valve structure associated with the stent frame, and a seal configured to expand to a swelled orientation by fluid passing into the seal.
