Abstract: Elementary electrical resonator (1), characterized in that it comprises: a ribbon conductor (2) forming a flat loop with at least one turn, the ends of which form two parallel segments (3, 4); a conducting bridge (6) forming an arch straddling the said segments (3, 4) of the ribbon conductor (2), the opposing surfaces of the arch (6) and of the said segments (3, 4) forming a capacitor, and in which a part (7) of the bridge (6) is capable of being displaced with respect to the said segments (3, 4) of the loop under the action of a control signal so as to cause the capacitance of the said capacitor, and therefore the tuning frequency of the resonator, to vary.
