Abstract: An abdominal exercising apparatus should allow the user to strengthen their abdominal and oblique muscles in a comfortable manner. The present invention seeks to strengthen the stomach muscles and do so in a comfortable manner that allows the user of the invention to exercise in an upright seated position, while also providing a massage of the user's back muscles along each side of their spine. The present invention can be used on a bench, chair, couch, or other seating apparatus where it can be used in comfort and while engaged in other passive activities, such as, watching TV. An added benefit of the present invention is that it provides massaging of the muscles on both sides of the user's spine as it is used.

Abstract: An exercising apparatus is disclosed having a padded support for a user's hips and all, or a portion of, the user's torso. The padded support is positioned on either a fixed-length, or an adjustable support at approximately hip height and it is angled upward from the floor on which the exercise device is resting at approximately midway between horizontal and vertical, and is capable of side to side arcuate movement along an axis that is located in line with and above the upper surface of the padded support.

Abstract: A device for clipping fingernails and toenails of human beings that differs from other nail coppers by reversing the end of the copper on which a user presses to perform nail clipping. Instead of the user pressing down on the end opposite the nail clipper's cutting edges, the current invention allows the user to press down directly above the clipper's cutting edges. This lever reversal makes the nail clipper easier to use while also giving the user greater control and accuracy, which is the object of the invention.The invention is an extension of traditional nail clippers in that it adds a second lever assembly that pivots on a hinge located at the end of a common art nail clipper, opposite the end having the cutting edges. The user presses on the free end of the second lever assembly to operate the nail clipper.
