Abstract: A miniature fluid control device for transporting gas is disclosed, which includes a gas inlet plate, a resonance plate, a piezoelectric actuator and a gas collecting plate stacked on each other. The gas inlet plate includes at least one inlet, at least one convergence channel and a circular cavity which forms a convergence chamber. The resonance plate has a central aperture. The piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame and a piezoelectric plate, wherein the suspension plate has a cylindrical bulge aligned with the circular cavity. The ratio of a second diameter of the cylindrical bulge to a first diameter of the circular cavity is set in a specified range to optimize the gas pressure of the transported gas, thus assuring efficiency of gas transmission of the miniature fluid control device.

Abstract: An actuating and sensing module is disclosed and includes a bottom plate, a gas pressure sensor, a thin gas transportation device and a cover plate. The bottom plate includes a pressure relief orifice, a discharging orifice and a communication orifice. The gas pressure sensor is disposed on the bottom plate and seals the communication orifice. The thin gas transportation device is disposed on the bottom plate and seals the pressure relief orifice and the discharging orifice. The cover plate is disposed on the bottom plate and covers the gas pressure sensor and the thin gas-transportation device. The cover plate includes an intake orifice. The thin gas transportation device is driven to inhale gas through the intake orifice, the gas is then discharged through the discharging orifice by the thin gas transportation device, and a pressure change of the gas is sensed by the gas pressure sensor.

Abstract: A fluid transportation device includes a valve cover, a valve body, a valve membrane and a valve chamber seat. The valve cover has two openings. The valve body includes an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The valve membrane is arranged between the valve body and the valve chamber seat, having two valve plates respectively close an inlet valve channel and an outlet valve channel of the valve chamber seat. The valve chamber seat forms a pressure chamber which is sealed and covered by an actuator. The valve cover is sleeved on the valve body and tightly fitted to the inner wall of an outer sleeve to assemble the device, in which a first gasket is disposed between the valve body and the valve membrane, and a second gasket is disposed between the valve membrane and the valve chamber, by which sealing effect is improved and backflow is prevented.

Abstract: A virtual reality head-mounted display is disclosed which comprises an inflatable lining module disposed within a frame of a monitor main body coupled with a positioning band. The inflatable lining module is composed of a foam body, an inflatable cushion, an air passage, an air pump, an air pressure sensor, a contact sensor and a control module. When the contact sensor detects an external pressure, it sends an enabling signal to the control module to drive the air pump to operate, and an air is introduced to the inflatable cushion through the air passage to inflate the inflatable cushion, so that the form of the foam body is correspondingly adjusted. When the air pressure sensor detects the pressure inside the inflatable cushion higher than a specified threshold interval, it sends a disabling signal to the control module, and the air pump is accordingly controlled to stop operating.

Abstract: A gas transportation device includes a gas outlet cover, plural flow-guiding pedestals and plural gas pumps. The gas outlet cover includes a gas outlet nozzle and a gas outlet cavity. The gas outlet nozzle and the gas outlet cavity are in communication with each other. Each flow-guiding pedestal includes a main plate, a protruding frame and a chamber frame. The main plate includes a recess and a communicating aperture in communication with the recess. The gas pumps are disposed inside the chamber frames of the flow-guiding pedestals, respectively. The gas outlet cover covers the flow-guiding pedestals and is connected to the protruding frames, whereby plural convergence chambers are defined and are in communication with the gas outlet cavity. Consequently, the gas is transported through the recesses, the communicating apertures, the convergence chambers and the gas outlet cavity sequentially, and finally is discharged out from the gas outlet nozzle.

Abstract: An actuating and sensing apparatus includes a circuit board, a housing, an actuating device and a sensor. When the actuating device is enabled, a gas within the compartment is guided to the external environment outside the housing, and a pressure gradient is generated in the compartment so as to introduce a gas from the external environment outside the housing into the compartment through the entrance opening to make the gas detected by the sensor.

Abstract: An air-cooling heat dissipation device includes a guiding carrier and a gas pump. The guiding carrier includes a pump-receiving recess, a first guiding chamber, a second guiding chamber, a communication structure and at least one discharge groove. The first guiding chamber is concavely formed in the pump-receiving recess, and is in communication with the first guiding chamber. The communication structure is communicating between the first guiding chamber and the second guiding chamber, while the electronic component is disposed within the second guiding chamber. The gas pump is disposed within the pump-receiving recess. When the gas pump is enabled, an ambient gas is driven to sequentially flow through the first guiding chamber, the communication structure and the second guiding chamber to remove the heat from the electronic component. Since the discharge groove is communicating between the second guiding chamber and exterior surroundings, the heated gas is outputted from the discharge groove.

Abstract: A piezoelectric actuator includes a square suspension plate, an outer frame, a plurality of brackets and a square piezoelectric ceramic plate.
