Abstract: An exercising device includes a main body having an elongate cord and a grip, and a weight unit adjustably mounted on the cord. The weight unit includes a connecting block mounted on the cord, and a weighting block mounted on the connecting block. The connecting block has a flexible tapered mounting post and has a mounting hole. The weighting block has a tapered pressing hole pressing the mounting post. Thus, the mounting hole of the connecting block encircles the cord completely so that when the mounting post is pressed toward the cord by the pressing hole of the weighting block, the connecting block compresses the cord tightly so as to lock the weight unit on the cord of the main body.

Abstract: An improved structure to fix an inflatable and elastic motion body includes an elastic air bag, a frame, a base and a plurality of restricting pieces. The base has a receiving slot recessedly formed close to a top surface of the base, and a recessed engaging trough recessedly formed close to a bottom surface thereof. The recessed engaging trough engages with a hook end of the restricting piece, so the restricting piece can tightly clamp a fixed edge of the elastic air bag. Since the restricting pieces with better strength are disposed in restricting slots of the frame to tightly confine the elastic air bag and the base to locate between the hook end and the pressing end of the restricting piece, so when the elastic air bag is heavily pressed, it would not escape from the restricting slot of the frame to increase the structural strength and durability.

Abstract: An exercising device includes a control handle having a limit flange, a retaining ring mounted on the limit flange, a mounting seat combined with the retaining ring to limit the limit flange between the mounting seat and the retaining ring, a driven member mounted on the mounting seat, a stop member mounted on the driven member, and a weight member located between the mounting seat and the stop member. Thus, the weight member is adjustably mounted on the driven member to adjust the relative position between the weight member and the mounting seat and to adjust the damping force applied by the weight member onto a user's hand. In addition, the stop member can stop movement of the weight member to prevent the weight member from being detached from the driven member due to an excessive centrifugal force.
