Abstract: A tracker module is provided that includes a module laminate, an IC chip disposed at the module laminate, and a filter circuit including a plurality of inductors. The IC chip includes at least one switch included in a switched-capacitor circuit and at least one switch included in a supply modulator. The plurality of inductors include a first inductor and a second inductor that are disposed at the module laminate. The first inductor and the second inductor are adjacent to each other. A magnetic flux direction of the first inductor and a magnetic flux direction of the second inductor are perpendicular to each other.

Abstract: A tracker circuit includes an A-ET circuit, a voltage generating circuit and an output switching circuit. The A-ET circuit generates a continuously varying voltage that is associated with an envelope of a signal to be amplified by a power amplifier. The voltage generating circuit generates a peak voltage that is higher than a maximum voltage value of the continuously varying voltage. The output switching circuit outputs the continuously varying voltage to the power amplifier as a first supply voltage of the power amplifier when an envelope value of the signal to be amplified by the power amplifier is smaller than a threshold; and outputs the peak voltage to the power amplifier as the first supply voltage of the power amplifier when the envelope value is greater than the threshold.
