    Abstract: A tracker module is provided that includes a substrate, a tracker component, and multiple external connection terminals. The tracker component generates voltage. The multiple external connection terminals are on a second main surface of the substrate. The multiple external connection terminals include three or more first output terminals that correspond to three or more first power amplifiers of the multiple power amplifiers. Each of the three or more first output terminals is connected to the tracker component and is a terminal connected to the corresponding first power amplifier of the three or more first power amplifiers.     Abstract: A tracker module is provided that includes an external connection terminal, a tracker, and a variable low pass filter. The external connection terminal is connected to a power amplifier. The tracker supplies a power supply voltage to the power amplifier via the external connection terminal by using an envelope tracking method. The variable low pass filter is disposed on a path between the tracker and the external connection terminal. In the variable low pass filter, a first block includes at least one electronic component. A second block is a block that varies a cutoff frequency of the variable low pass filter. The second block is integrated with the tracker into one package. The first block is disposed separately from the tracker.

    Abstract: A front-end module includes a duplexer, a band pass filter, and a terminating circuit element. A first signal path connects an output terminal of a power amplifier and a transmit node of the duplexer. The band pass filter is disposed on a second signal path between a branch point and a ground. The second signal path branches off from the first signal path at the branch point. The band pass filter has frequency characteristics in which, among frequency components of a transmit signal output from the power amplifier, frequency components that overlap at least part of the pass band of a receive filter of the duplexer are allowed to pass through the band pass filter. The terminating circuit element is disposed on the second signal path between the band pass filter and the ground. The terminating circuit element attenuates a transmit signal passing through the band pass filter.
