Abstract: Provided are a composition for forming an insulating layer or an electron emission source, and an electron emission device including an insulating layer or an electron emission source, formed using the composition. By using nano-sized glass frit, an insulating layer having a small thickness and improved uniformity or an electron emission source having improved viscosity and uniformity can be obtained. An electron emission device including the insulating layer or the electron emission source has improved reliability and performance.
