    Abstract: A composite transparent board and method for producing the same are provided. The method includes a feeding step and a forming step. In the feeding step, a first resin, a second resin, and a third resin are respectively fed into a first extruder, a second extruder, and a third extruder to correspondingly form a composite transparent film having a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer. The first resin is selected from the group consisting of Tairilin 3824, Tairilin 3842, Tairilin 390A, Tairilin P115, Tairilin 663G, and SKYGREEN® S2008. In the forming step, the composite transparent film sequentially passes through a first forming wheel, a second forming wheel, and a third forming wheel to form a composite transparent board. The composite transparent board has a haze within a range from 0.75% to 4% and a total light transmittance within a range from 86% to 91.5%.

    Abstract: A water-based thermal-insulation coating material includes a water-based resin, a film forming auxiliary agent, and a thermal insulation agent. The water-based resin is at least one material selected from a group consisting of: acrylic resins, polyurethane resins, epoxy resins, and combinations thereof. The water-based resin has a minimum film-forming temperature of not less than 5° C. The film forming auxiliary agent is at least one material selected from a group consisting of: plasticizers, alcohol-ether solvents, alcohol-ester solvents, a mixed solvent of ethylene glycol mono-butyl ether and di-propylene glycol butyl ether, aprotic solvents, and combinations thereof. The thermal insulation agent is hydrated silicon dioxide.

    Abstract: A resin composition includes ABS resin and modified polyester resin, where the modified polyester resin includes a polyester material, a compatibilizer, a toughening agent, a crystallization inhibitor, a slip agent, and an antioxidant. The compatibilizer includes PP-MA, PE-MA, ABS-MA, E-MA-GMA, E-VA-GMA, POE-GMA, PE-GMA, ABS-GMA, or combinations thereof. The toughening agent includes POE, MBS, PTW, or combinations of the above. The crystallization inhibitor includes IPA copolyester, IPA and CHDM copolyester, PETG, PCTG, or combinations of the above. The slip agent includes stearate, polyethylene wax, modified silicone, fluororesin, or combinations thereof. The antioxidant includes a hindered phenolic antioxidant, a phenolic antioxidant, a phosphite antioxidant, or combinations of the above.
