    Abstract: A touch detection method for generating a report includes obtaining a position of a touch point; determining a plurality of reference sensor pads according to the position of the touch point; determining a weight for each of the plurality of reference sensor pads according to the position of the touch point; evaluating a first evaluated peak value of the touch point based on sensing values of the plurality of reference sensor pads and the corresponding weights; and determining whether to generate the report for the touch point according to the first evaluated peak value and a first threshold.

    Abstract: The touch device includes a processor and a driving circuit. The processor performs an active object detection through the driving circuit to detect a first position of an active stylus on a touch panel. The processor performs a passive object detection through the driving circuit to detect a second position of a passive object on the touch panel. The processor defines a first detection range including the first position. The processor defines a second detection range on the touch panel based on the first detection range, in which the first detection range is mutually exclusive from the second detection range. Then, the processor performs the active object detection in the first detection range through the driving circuit, and the processor disables or ignores the active object detection in the second detection range.

    Abstract: An electronic circuit, adapted to drive a display panel comprising touch sensors, is provided. The electronic circuit can include a display driving circuit, a timing circuit and a touch scan circuit. The display driving circuit drives a touch display panel. The timing circuit receives a flag signal from a processing circuit and generates a scan start signal according to the flag signal. The touch scan circuit generates a plurality of touch scan signals according to the scan start signal and a touch column synchronization signal. The touch scan circuit determines a start time of a touch frame period according to a pulse of the scan start signal. The scan start signal can be asynchronous or delayed with respect to a touch frame synchronization signal generated by the display driving circuit.
