    Abstract: A method of operating an elevator call control system comprising: receiving a first elevator call from a first individual carrying a first mobile device, the first elevator call including a destination request to travel from a first boarding floor to a first destination floor; determining that the first individual carrying the first mobile device is traveling with a second individual, wherein the second individual is traveling to a second destination floor; assigning an elevator car to the first elevator call; and scheduling the elevator car to transport the first individual carrying the first mobile device and the second individual together to at least one of a first destination floor and the second destination floor.

    Abstract: A method of calling an elevator car from a mobile device is provided. The method comprising: receiving a first elevator call from a first mobile device on a first floor, the first elevator call including a destination request to travel to a second floor; moving an elevator car to the first floor in response to the first elevator call; detecting whether the first mobile device is within the elevator car at the first floor; and adjusting operation of the elevator car in response to each mobile device detected within the elevator car.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented method is provided. The computer-implemented method is executed by a processor of a mobile device. The mobile device is in communication with an elevator system. The computer-implemented method automatically provides direct real-time travel indications with respect to an elevator trip of the elevator system. The computer-implemented method includes receiving, by the mobile device, a request for the elevator trip. The computer-implemented method includes directly receiving, by the mobile device, feedback signals from the elevator system with respect the elevator trip in response to the request. The computer-implemented method includes automatically providing, by a user interface of the mobile device, direct real-time travel indications of the elevator trip as the mobile device progresses through the elevator system.

    Abstract: A method of managing mobile elevator call requests from a mobile device is provided. The method includes: receiving an elevator call parameter from a management interface; receiving at least one mobile elevator call request from a mobile device; comparing the mobile elevator call request to the elevator call parameter; and restricting the mobile device from sending additional mobile elevator call requests when the mobile elevator call request conflicts with the elevator call parameter.

    Abstract: A conveyance system including a system interface having a camera to generate an image including an input fingerprint and an input finger presentation; a dispatch system including a fingerprint recognition unit and a profile unit, the fingerprint recognition unit comparing the input fingerprint to a reference fingerprint; the dispatch system accessing a user profile when the input fingerprint matches the reference fingerprint; the dispatch system comparing the input finger presentation to a reference finger presentation in the user profile; and the dispatch system retrieving a destination from the user profile when the input finger presentation matches the reference finger presentation.
