Abstract: The shelf life of photographic developing compositions containing N-alkoxyalkyl substituted hydroxylamines is increased by addition of an oxyethylamino compound of the group consisting of triethanolamine, morpholine, N-ethylmorpholine, ethanol amine, 3-diethylamino-1,2-propanediol,N,N-diethylaminoethanol, tris-2propanolamine, N,N-dihydroxyethylglycine and cellulose diethylaminoethyl ether.
