Abstract: A high speed uniform coating method may be carried out with the use of a curtain coating head comprising a means for dispersing coating material in a first of a laterally disposed succession of open reservoirs each reservoir disposed at a lower elevation than the next and the last reservoir terminating in a vertically disposed smooth continuous face plate containing two vertically disposed rods along the face and width of the face plate.
