    Abstract: The present invention relates to a cursor control system, including a first electronic device, a second electronic device, and a mouse. The mouse is wirelessly connected to the first electronic device and the second electronic device and may move a cursor on a first working desktop corresponding to the first electronic device or a second working desktop corresponding to the second electronic device. When receiving a drive signal from the mouse, the first electronic device displays a jump image on the first working desktop. When the cursor is moved to the jump image, the mouse may transmit a switching signal to the second electronic device according to a masking signal from the first electronic device, so that the second electronic device can display the cursor on the second working desktop.

    Abstract: A data report rate adjustment method for use between a computer host and a peripheral device is provided. According to the actual workload level of the computer host and/or the amount of the input data of the peripheral device, the priority or the report rate of the data to be transmitted from the peripheral device can be dynamically adjusted or set. More especially, the unnecessary data report can be avoided. Consequently, the workload of the computer host can be effectively reduced, and the power consumption of the peripheral device can be saved.

    Abstract: A desktop controlling method is provided. The desktop switching function is selectively enabled according to the result of detecting whether a cursor is located at a border of the current desktop and the result of detecting whether a desktop switching signal. Consequently, the desktop switching function can be achieved through the mouse only. That is, it is not necessary to operate both of the mouse and the keyboard to achieve the desktop switching function. Moreover, the background colors of the virtual desktops can be set by the user according to the practical requirements. Consequently, the virtual keyboard to be switched can be easily recognized by the user.

    Abstract: A mouse device includes a mouse casing, a circuit board, a first sensing module, a second sensing module and a switching module. The circuit board is disposed within the mouse casing. Both of the first sensing module and the second sensing module are disposed on the circuit board and partially exposed outside the mouse casing. The switching module is partially exposed outside a base of the mouse casing. The first sensing module or the second sensing module is exposed outside the base under control of the switching module. Consequently, a moving resolution of the mouse device is adjustable according to the practical requirements. The switching module has a simple mechanism for changing the moving resolution of the mouse device in a simple manner.

    Abstract: A mouse device includes a mouse casing, a first sensing module, a second sensing module and a switching module. The mouse casing includes a casing opening. Both of the first sensing module and the second sensing module are disposed on the switching module. Moreover, a part of the first sensing module and a part of the second sensing module are selectively exposed outside the casing opening. When the first sensing module or the second sensing module exposed outside the casing opening is rotated by the user, a switching body of the switching module is correspondingly rotated relative to the mouse casing. Consequently, a moving resolution of the mouse device is adjustable according to the practical requirements. The switching module has a simple mechanism for changing the moving resolution of the mouse device in a simple manner.
