Abstract: Systems and methods for enabling actionable analysis of support requests are disclosed. Embodiments include systems and methods that ingest support ticket data into an automated workflow (for example, a cron orchestrator), which interacts with one or more databases, one or more APIs, and one or more UIs to supply a user with actionable analysis for, e.g., assisting customers with complex issues. Embodiments may also include one or more ingestion deployments, pre-processing models, pattern-based filtering models, embedding models, message relevancy filtering models, clustering models, anomaly detection models, forecasting models and/or database ingestion models.
