Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may include a radar which is used for object detection, such as a vehicle UE detecting other vehicle UEs in a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications system. The UE may be configured for coordinated interference, where radars transmit a common waveform while applying different delays to prevent negative co-channel interference effects, such as false or ghost targets. The techniques described herein support configuring a common configuration for network-assisted coordinated interference by considering capabilities of UEs and radars within a geographic area controlled by a network entity. The network entity may identify and indicate a waveform configuration which is used by radars within the geographic control area of the network entity.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication at a UE is described herein. The method includes transmitting a sensing report including (1) a first indication of at least one radio frequency (RF) measurement associated with at least one BPL and (2) a second indication of a representation of an environment of the UE. The method includes obtaining an RF map based on the transmitted sensing report, where the RF map is indicative of at least one surface in the environment of the UE that is associated with at least one suitable BPL. The method includes communicating based on the RF map.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may improve the accuracy of uplink-based positioning when at least one network entity participating in the uplink-based positioning is operating under an energy saving mode. In one aspect, a network entity receives information indicative of a set of antenna panel configurations for a plurality of network nodes, where the set of antenna panel configurations is associated with a set of energy saving modes. The network entity transmits an indication of one or more UL-SRS transmission parameters for a UE based on the information indicative of the set of antenna panel configurations for the plurality of network nodes. In some examples, each antenna panel configuration in the set of antenna panel configurations may include a number of antennas to be used in an UL azimuth angle measurement and a number of antennas to be used in an UL elevation angle measurement under one energy saving mode.

Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a UE to achieve sidelink parameter coordination through various signaling in clustered FL or peer-to-peer FL. The UE provides a first ML model information update and a measurement associated with the update. The UE obtains an aggregated ML model information update aggregating the first update with a second ML model information update of either a first network node in a FL cluster including the UE or a second network node in a second FL cluster. The UE provides a sidelink communication parameter in SCI to a network node, which parameter is an output of an ML model associated with the aggregated ML model information update. As a result, UEs may derive common SCI parameters from their updated ML models to apply in sidelink communications, thereby leading to maximized packet reception rate, maximized throughput, or minimized latency in communication.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may identify a limited detection range, such as a Line of Sight (LoS) blockage or reduced coverage. The UE may request inter-vehicle assistance from a centralized control entity to overcome this limitation. The CE may transmit an indication of a set of target objects tracked by a sensor at the UE and a level of accuracy for tracking the set of target objects. In turn, the centralized control entity may request sensor information from one or more UEs with a complete LoS, a larger coverage area, or both. Based on the available sensor information, the centralized control entity may collect and transmit the sensor information back to the first UE in response to the request for assistance.

In one aspect, a first UE establishes an ML inference result sharing session with one or more second UEs for at least one ML inference task. The first UE receives a first set of ML inference results associated with the at least one ML inference task, where the first set of ML inference results is received from the one or more second UEs during the ML inference result sharing session. The first UE estimates an aggregated ML inference result based on at least one of the first set of ML inference results or a second set of ML inference results, where the second set of ML inference results is configured by the first UE for the at least one ML inference task.

In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may transmit a discovery message to discover another UE with which to establish a cooperative radar sensing session. The first UE may receive, from a second UE, a join request for the first UE to establish the cooperative radar sensing session with the second CE, The first UE may transmit, to the second UE, an acceptance indication based at least in part on the join request. The first UE may communicate with the second UE to establish a joint configuration to be used by the first UE and the second UE for the cooperative radar sensing session, Numerous other aspects are described.
