Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) server may authorize a use of a third party specific user identity based at least in part on verifying a token associated with a session initiation protocol (SIP) INVITE message with the third party specific user identity. The (AAA) server may transmit, to a call session control function (CSCF) of an originating service provider via a network exposure function (NEF) of the originating service provider, an enterprise name card that indicates the third party specific user identity based at least in part on authorizing the use of the third party specific user identity. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive, from a first base station associated with a first operator, a broadcast transmission conveying a first portion of a communication; and may receive, without triggering a retransmission of the broadcast transmission, a second portion of the communication via a unicast transmission from a second base station associated with a second operator. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: A UE may determine a number of antenna ports associated with a frequency band that includes one or more CCs. The determined number of antenna ports may be based on a plurality of UL Tx chains for the one or more CCs/frequency band. The UE may switch from a first UL Tx chain to a second UL Tx chain, at least one of which may be associated with the one or more CCs/frequency band. The number of antenna ports may correspond to a maximum number of antenna ports of an individual CC of the one or more CCs, or to a sum of antenna ports of the one or more CCs. For the latter, the number of antenna ports may be limited to an available number of UE antenna ports when the sum of antenna ports is greater than the available number of UE antenna ports.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may support two or more uplink switching periods for transmit chain switching. The UE may transmit a UE capability message indicating the UE capability to support a first uplink switching period and a second uplink switching period for transmit chain switching. The first uplink switching period and the second uplink switching period may each correspond to different switching periods associated with configuration switches between different transmit chain configurations of the UE. The UE and a base station may select an uplink switching period from among the first uplink switching period and the second uplink switching period. The UE may transmit an uplink data message to the base station after a preparation time that is based on the uplink switching period.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A person Internet of Things (IoT) network (PIN) architecture may support configuration and management of a PIN. The PIN architecture may include a first network node configured to establish the PIN, a second network node configured as a network gateway for the PIN, a third network node configured as a network management element for the PIN, and a PINE. The first network node may receive, via a user plane of a network, information from the second network node that triggers the first network node to establish the PIN. The first network node may transmit information that identifies and configures the second network node and the third network node as the network gateway and the network management element, respectively. The second network node may relay communications between the PINE and the network.
