Abstract: The system is one in which submerged electrolytic cells provide electricity from the seawater, that directly energizes electro-chemical cells that produce oxygen and hydrogen. The entire system is configured so that micro bubbles of oxygen are quickly adsorbed as they rise toward the surface, increasing dissolved oxidation (DO) by adsorption into the water.
