    Abstract: The present disclosure relates a multilayered film that may include a first PET substrate, and a first anti-microbial coating overlying the first PET substrate. The first anti-microbial coating may include an acrylate-based component, and a silver-based filler component within the acrylate-based component. The first anti-microbial coating may have a MRSA anti-microbial rating of at least about 75%, where the MRSA anti-microbial rating is defined as the percent reduction of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) activity from an initial inoculation of MRSA on the surface of the anti-microbial layer after 24 hours as measured using ISO22196.

    Abstract: The present disclosure related to a multilayer protective film that may include a structural PET layer, a first removable adhesive layer underlying the structural PET layer, a first peelable adhesive layer overlying the structural PET layer, a first flame retardant PET layer overlying the first peelable adhesive layer, a second peelable adhesive layer overlying the first flame retardant PET layer, and a second flame retardant PET layer overlying the second peelable adhesive layer. The multilayer protective film may have a lateral flame spread of at least about 20 KW/m2, a specific optical density (Ds) of not greater than about 300, and a cumulative specific optical density (VOF4) of not greater than about 600.

    Abstract: A polymer material including a fluorinated component and a silicone component can exhibit improved performance, such as increased thermal stability. An article can include the polymer material. For example, a coated fabric including the polymer material can exhibit improved dielectric strength. A composition for forming the polymer material can include a dispersion comprising a fluorinated component and an emulsion comprising a reactive silicone component. In an embodiment, a single pass film formed from the composition can have an increased critical crack thickness. A method can include forming a polymer material from the composition.
