Abstract: Provided is a multilayer ceramic capacitor having dielectric layers and internal electrode layers laminated alternately on one another. Each internal electrode layer comprises a common ceramic material containing 3 to 25% by weight of rare earth elements, and through the rare earth elements, high dielectric layers are formed on the interfaces between the dielectric layers and the internal electrode layers.

Abstract: Provided is a conductive paste composition for an external electrode of a multilayer ceramic capacitor that includes a conductive base material, an organic solvent, a binder resin, and a dispersing agent. The conductive base material includes a flake-shaped conductive powder, a spherical conductive powder, and first and second glass frits. The flake-shaped conductive powder has a larger size D50 than the spherical conductive powder. The first glass frit includes SiO2, SrCO3, BaCO3, Li2SO4, K2SO4, V2O5, ZnO, Al2O3, and Y2O3, and the second glass frit includes SiO2, SrCO3, BaCO3, CaF, ZnO, Al2O3, Y2O3, and L2O3.
