Abstract:
A gyratory crusher bottom shell and/or bottom shell assembly include protective liners that are mounted over and about respective support arms that extend radially between the bottom shell wall and a central hub. The support arms have a seat or saddle region with at least a part of the liner positioned in contact with and supported by the seat to distribute the mass of the liner radially between the hub and the shell wall and to reduce tension in the primary attachment bolts.
Abstract:
A gyratory crusher spider arm shield for releasable mounting to a spider arm is mounted in a position above and around the spider arm via locating feet and is maintained in the position by a fixating ring extending circumferentially around the spider arms and positioned at and above a perimeter of the spider.
Abstract:
A gyratory crusher spider wall shield for releasable mounting to a radially inward facing face of a spider positioned on top of a shell of a gyratory crusher includes a primary protection wall positionable over the inward face of the spider and a rear wall attachable to an outer annular fixating ring positionable axially intermediate a material input hopper and the spider.
Abstract:
A gyratory crusher spider arm shield is configured for releasable attachment to a spider arm. The shield includes a main body having an underside foot for engaging onto an upper region of the arm. The secure attachment is provided by cooperation between an attachment element that extends radially inward from an outermost end of the shield and a mount guide provided at sidewalls of the shield that extend laterally each side of the spider arm.
Abstract:
A gyratory crusher eccentric support assembly supports the gyroscopic precession of a main shaft extending through the crusher. The eccentric assembly includes an inner bushing retained in position by a surrounding sleeve with the sleeve supported at its axially uppermost region by an annular support ring. A locking flange prevents axial displacement of the bushing that is configured specifically to facilitate the removal and replacement of the bushing wear part.
Abstract:
A crusher feed distributor for mounting at a crusher input hopper of a crusher. The feed distributor includes a guide body to contact and distribute the flow of feed material and a mounting assembly to mount the guide body at the input hopper. The mounting assembly is specifically configured with a plurality of independent mounts that collectively provide four adjustments and decrease of freedom corresponding to three lateral adjustments and one rotational adjustment.
Abstract:
A crusher feed hopper guide assembly directs material to be crushed through a lower region of an internal chamber of a feed hopper. The feed guide includes a modular construction with individual units positioned side-by-side to define a conical funnel within the hopper chamber. A plurality of wear liners are removably mounted on a plurality of common supports, with the wear liners and the modular units being removably mounted at the hopper for convenient assembly and disassembly to facilitate maintenance.
Abstract:
A crusher feed hopper wear protection cassette to mount at a wall of a crusher hopper. The cassette includes a mount member to contact and releasably mount the cassette at a region of the feed hopper and a support face to mount at least one wear liner orientated to be facing the interior region of the hopper chamber.
