Abstract: Provided is a facial massage device including: a massage head (1) that comprises: a bearing element (20) that is intended to be placed against the face and that forms a bearing ring (21) defining a bearing surface (S) lying within a bearing plane (P) and a working area (Z) located within the bearing ring, within the bearing ring and inside the working area (Z), at least one working head (22) that has a working surface that extends, protruding, from the bearing plane (P), manoeuvring means (25) designed to move each working head (22) in rotation about at least one axis of rotation (Δ, Δ′) offset relative to the centre of the corresponding working surface (T), and a drive housing that carries the massage head (1) and that comprises an electric motor (6) that actuates drive means (7) designed to transmit the drive from the electric motor (6) to the manoeuvring means (25), wherein each working surface extends permanently protruding from the bearing plane (P) by a height H, measured between the top of the working surface and the bearing plane P.
