Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a polarizing plate with a transparent adhesive which is incorporated in a touch panel used in a personal digital assistant or the like, which is less likely to cause adhesive deposits on a punching blade during a punching process, and which is also less likely to have bubbles formed on an adhering surface of the transparent adhesive to the polarizing plate even with exposure to high temperature and high humidity. The present invention also aims to provide a touch panel incorporating the polarizing plate with a transparent adhesive. The present invention relates to a polarizing plate with a transparent adhesive, including: a polarizing plate; and a transparent adhesive containing a plasticized polyvinyl acetal resin and adhering to the polarizing plate, the polarizing plate having a contact angle with water in conformity with JIS R-3257 of less than 50° on a surface to which the transparent adhesive adheres.

Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a polyvinyl acetal resin composition that is moldable by an extrusion method and capable of exhibiting excellent heat resistance after molding, an adhesive sheet containing the polyvinyl acetal resin composition, and a method for producing the adhesive sheet. The present invention relates to a polyvinyl acetal resin composition including: a polyvinyl acetal; a reactive diluent; and a photopolymerization initiator, the polyvinyl acetal resin composition having a storage modulus G′ at 200° C. before irradiation with light of 8×104 Pa or lower and a storage modulus G′ at 200° C. after irradiation with light of 8×103 Pa or higher, with the storage modulus G′ at 200° C. after irradiation with light being higher than the storage modulus G′ at 200° C. before irradiation with light.

Abstract: The present invention aims to provide an interlayer filling material for a touch panel which is used for filling an interlayer space between a touch panel and another component or an interlayer space between transparent conductive films included in the touch panel in production of a personal digital assistant, which is excellent in followability to steps of a decorative printing portion or wiring upon filling of an interlayer space (lamination) and also excellent in defoaming properties to release air bubbles entrapped during filling of an interlayer space (lamination) or air bubbles left near the steps, which is less likely to be whitened and less likely to deteriorate an ITO film even under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. The present invention also aims to provide a laminate produced using the interlayer filling material for a touch panel. The present invention relates to an interlayer filling material for a touch panel used for filling an interlayer space between a touch panel and another component or an interlayer space between transparent conductive films included in the touch panel, the interlayer filling material including: a polyvinyl acetal; a plasticizer; and an organic acid, the plasticizer being at least one selected from the group consisting of triethylene glycol-di-2-ethylhexanoate, tetraethylene glycol-di-2-ethylhexanoate, triethylene glycol-di-pivalate, and di-(2-butoxyethyl)adipate, the organic acid being at least one selected from the group consisting of 2-ethylhexanoic acid, adipic acid, and phthalic acid.
