    Abstract: An aerosol generating apparatus and a heater therefor are provided. The aerosol generating apparatus includes: a chamber configured to receive an aerosol-generating product; and a heater at least partially extending into the chamber for insertion into the aerosol-generating product to heat the aerosol-generating product. The heater has a free front end located in the chamber and a tail end away from the free front end. The heater includes a housing element extending between the free front end and the tail end and at least partially defining an outer surface of the heater. The housing element is formed by winding a sheet including a metal or an alloy. In the present aerosol generating apparatus, the housing element of the heater formed by winding the sheet having the metal or the alloy is more convenient to manufacture than conventional ceramic or stainless steel housings formed by moulding or machining.

    Abstract: An aerosol generating device, comprising: a chamber (30), that is for receiving a smokable material (A), the chamber having a first radial direction and a second radial direction that are perpendicular to one another; and a first infrared emitter (21) and a second infrared emitter (22) that are arranged along the first radial direction of the chamber, and that are used to radiate infrared rays to the chamber so as to heat the smokable material, the first infrared emitter and the second infrared emitter at least partially extending along the second radial direction, thereby defining the chamber between the first infrared emitter and the second infrared emitter, and such that the size of the chamber along the second radial direction is greater than that along the first radial direction. In the foregoing aerosol generating device, a first infrared emitter and a second infrared emitter are oppositely disposed and define and form a chamber the size of which is smaller along a first radial direction than that along a second radial direction, thereby increasing the ability and efficiency of absorbing infrared rays in a smokable material, such that a surface layer and the interior of the smokable material can be relatively uniformly heated.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of smoking sets and provides a heater and a cigarette utensil containing same. The heater comprises a base having a surface; and a first electrode film, an infrared film, and a second electrode film are sequentially formed on the surface of the base along the direction perpendicular to the surface of the base, wherein the first electrode film and the second electrode film are electrically connected to a power supply. The infrared film is used for generating the heat under the function of the electric power, and transferring the generated heat to an aerosol forming matrix at least in an infrared radiation manner to generate the aerosol for inhaling. The conductive cross-sectional area of the infrared film is increased, the electric heating conversion rate of the infrared film is increased, the pre-heating time of the aerosol forming matrix is shortened, and the user experience is improved.

    Abstract: This application provides an aerosol generating apparatus. The aerosol generating apparatus includes: a chamber, configured to receive an aerosol generation product: a heater, configured to heat the aerosol generation product, where the heater includes a resistive heating element, the resistive heating element has at least two resistive heating layers formed by a sheet including a resistive metal or alloy wound or folded up. In the foregoing aerosol generating apparatus, the resistive heating element of the heater is formed by the sheet wound or folded up. This is more convenient than production of a spiral heating wire by winding a wire.

The resistive heater includes a resistive heating element, and a first electrically conductive pin and a second electrically conductive pin configured to supply power to the resistive heating element.
