Abstract: Provided are a biomedical tape, a preparation method thereof and use thereof. The biomedical tape comprises a hydrogel carrier in dry state and a functional nanomaterial encapsulated within the hydrogel carrier in dry state, and the hydrogel carrier in dry state comprises a thin film body of hyaluronic acid hydrogel and a dopamine-modified polyacrylic acid permeated into a surface of the thin film body of hyaluronic acid hydrogel. The preparation method for the biomedical tape comprises: preparing a hyaluronic acid hydrogel with the functional nanomaterial dispersed therein, and drying and curing the hydrogel to form a film to obtain the thin film body of hyaluronic acid hydrogel; and preparing a dopamine-modified polyacrylic acid solution, and permeating the solution into a surface of the thin film body of hyaluronic acid hydrogel by coating to obtain the biomedical tape.

Abstract: The present invention provides a shape memory material with a chelating system. The shape memory material with the chelating system comprises polyurethane and a metal complex in a mass ratio of 100: (1-10), and the polyurethane is obtained by reaction of the following components by weight percent: 9.0-10.0% of methylenediphenyl diisocyanate, 0-2.0% of chain extender, 0-3.0% of chelating agent, and 87.0-88.0% of polycaprolactone diol. The present invention provides a novel shape memory material polyurethane-manganese dioxide (SMPU-MnO2) chelating material. Collaboration of its mechanical strength, shape memory performance and Mn2+ responsive release is achieved through the chelating system, and shape recovery is performed by means of the photothermal effect of manganese dioxide under remote control of near-infrared light to achieve self-fixed filling of an irregular bone defect part and responsively release manganese ions, so as to achieve a bone repair biological function.

Abstract: Disclosed is a metal peroxide composite injectable hydrogel, a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method comprises the step of dissolving a modified high-molecular polymer, a metal peroxide and a peroxidase in a solvent, mixing evenly, and standing to prepare the hydrogel, wherein the modified high-molecular polymer is a high-molecular polymer grafted with a phenolic hydroxyl group. According to the invention, the metal peroxide induces the modified high-molecular polymer to be quickly crosslinked under an action of the peroxidase to prepare the hydrogel, and the prepared hydrogel has good photo-thermal performance, antibacterial property, tissue adhesion, osteogenesis promoting effect, shape adaptability and injectability, can be well adapted to an irregular bone defect area, and is used for repairing a postoperative defect of tumor through a synergistic effect of multiple functions, which can effectively prevent tumor recurrence and reduce a possibility of implant material infection.
