Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a foundation scour fluid-solid-soil coupling simulation algorithm based on SPH-DEM coupling and a multiphase flow theory, including: constructing a particle model, setting fluid particles and bed material particles based on the multiphase flow theory, and setting rigid particles based on a DEM theory; correcting a fluid control equation based on a fluid-solid coupling theory, and solving governing equations of the fluid particles; solving governing equations of DEM rigid particles by introducing fluid-solid coupling force, introducing fluid-soil and soil-solid coupling force to correct a sediment incipient motion model, based on a sediment Shield criterion, and solving foundation scour governing equations; and finishing a time step and entering next cycle. The present disclosure introduces a plurality of structure and state models through secondary development based on the SPH-DEM coupling and the multiphase flow theory, thereby realizing refined numerical simulation of foundation scour fluid-solid-soil coupling.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a dynamic identification method of bridge scour based on health monitoring data, including: collecting an acceleration-time curve of a bridge foundation structure when vibrating: collecting the acceleration-time curve of each bridge foundation structure in a scour state by a health monitoring system when each bridge foundation structure vibrates; obtaining a warning control threshold of abnormal warning of a time-frequency change of a first-time scour bridge evaluation reference mode by calculation; identifying an abnormal segment in frequency segments of a scoured bridge to be identified; identifying an abnormal time-frequency sequence in the time-frequency abnormal segment: updating a warning control threshold of its own random fluctuation of time-frequency characteristics of a bridge scour reference mode after completing scour early warning of the abnormal sequence, so as to prepare for next anomaly identification and scour early warning. The present disclosure provides a method for dynamically identifying a foundation scour depth by performing dynamic characteristic analysis of a structural system, and the identification method can realize the technical features of long-term dynamic scour monitoring and early warning of underwater foundations.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for detecting surface flatness of a precast beam based on a three-dimensional point cloud model, including the following steps: (1) performing, according to a specific geometry of a three-dimensional point cloud model of a target component in a three-dimensional coordinate system, coarse calibration and fine calibration on the model sequentially to determine a spatial rotation matrix and perform point cloud coordinate calibration; (2) determining normal vectors at positions of points of the three-dimensional point cloud model of the component according to a principal component analysis method and a K-nearest-neighbor principle, so that a to-be-detected surface is segmented and extracted by defining a normal vector direction and a coordinate interval; and (3) iteratively searching for an optimal reference plane according to a form relationship between the to-be-detected surface and the three-dimensional coordinate system and calculating flatness of the surface.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is an auxiliary marking tape laying vehicle for laser scanning of the morphology of a long-span bridge, the laying vehicle comprising a laying portion, a guiding portion and a power transmission portion, wherein the laying portion is fixed on the top of the laying vehicle, a roller is provided on the top of the laying portion, the guiding portion is provided at the bottom of the laying vehicle, the power transmission portion is fixed outside the laying vehicle, a scroll is provided above the guiding portion, the surface of the marking tape in contact with the bridge is a rubber magnetic layer, and the other surface of the marking tape is provided with bulged reflection angles, which are used as teeth to make one end of the marking tape be connected with the roller through the teeth, and to make the other end of the marking tape be connected with the scroll through the teeth. The marking tape is installed at the bottom of the beam of the long-span bridge, and a plurality of bulges formed by the reflection angles of the marking tape are used to provide more reflection surfaces for the laser, to reduce the reflection angle, to improve the reflection effect, and then to improve the efficiency and accuracy of a three-dimensional laser scanner.
