The seal member may be positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate. The seal structure may be spaced from the seal member. A section of the seal member may be positioned between the light emitting structure and the seal structure. The seal structure may be positioned between the seal member and the pad electrode. The connection wire may electrically connect the seal structure and the pad electrode.
