Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a transistor disposed over the substrate, a first electrode pad electrically connected to the transistor, a first connector disposed on the first electrode pad, an anti-reflection portion arranged around the first connector, and a light-emitting element electrically connected to the first electrode pad through the first connector. Additionally, each of the first connector and the anti-reflection portion includes a first material, where a density of the first material included in the first connector is greater than a density of the first material included in the anti-reflection portion.

The at least one light-emitting diode comprises a PN diode including inorganic semiconductor based-materials. A portion of the first transparent electrode is located in the transmission area.
