Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes an interface; a sensor; and a processor configured to: identify whether a pattern of a signal generated by the sensor corresponds to any of a plurality of reference patterns, based on the pattern corresponding to a reference pattern from among the plurality of reference patterns, identify an external apparatus corresponding to the reference pattern, and based on the pattern of the signal corresponding to the reference pattern, perform establish a connection between the external apparatus and the electronic apparatus through the interface.

Abstract: An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an interface; a sensor; and a processor that identifies whether a user event corresponding to a content transmission command has occurred, on the basis of a signal detected via the sensor, and performs a content transmission operation between external apparatuses via the interface on the basis of the identified user event. The processor may identify whether the occurrence of the user event is expected, on the basis of acquired surrounding situation information, when the occurrence of the user event is identified as being expected, increase the recognition sensitivity of the sensor, and identify the user event on the basis of a signal detected via the sensor having the increased recognition sensitivity.

Abstract: A display apparatus of the disclosure includes a reflection module; a camera configured to capture a first image in a first position located at the rear of the reflection module and capture a second image in a second position exposed to the outside of the display apparatus; a driver configured to move at least one of the camera and the reflection module; a controller configured to determine the presence of a user based on the first image captured by the camera in the first position, and to control the driver to move at least one of the camera and the reflection module so that the camera is located in the second position, based on the determination that the user is present; and an inputter configured to receive a user input.
