    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for editing memo contents of a user in a user terminal including a user interface are provided. When a part or all of the memo contents on a screen are damaged based on a memo function by using a prearranged pattern, the damaged part or all of the memo contents are deleted and a memo where the part or all of the memo contents have been deleted is displayed on the screen.
