Abstract: A cell potential measuring device includes a base plate having insulation properties, first line disposed on the base plate, an insulation layer disposed on the base plate and covering at least a surface of the first line, a first electrode disposed on the insulation layer and being electrically connected to the first line, and a second line disposed on the base plate and a portion of which is disposed below the first electrode via the insulation layer.
