Abstract: An organic EL display device includes an array substrate provided with a plurality of organic EL elements, a counter substrate facing the array substrate, and a sealing member configured to bond together the array substrate and the counter substrate. The sealing member includes, between the array substrate and the counter substrate, a dam member disposed surrounding a display region and a fill member filling a sealed space surrounded by the dam member. A panel body formed by bonding together the array substrate and the counter substrate includes a partition wall configured to partition the dam member and the fill member and a plurality of spacers configured to maintain a gap between the array substrate and the counter substrate.
