Abstract: An organic light emitting diode device and array substrate having the organic light emitting diode are provided. The organic light emitting diode device of the embodiment of the present invention can reduce a resistance of the transparent anode, which is used for providing holes, in a horizontal direction through setting two transparent anode layers and disposing a metal layer therebetween, and further can improve a horizontal conductivity of the transparent anode, thereby solving the problem of uneven light emission of the organic light emitting diode device due to the greater horizontal resistance of the transparent anode for improving the quality of the screen display having the array substrate.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a flexible organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display component which includes steps of: forming a ferromagnetic material layer on a surface of a flexible substrate; and abutting the ferromagnetic material layer against a flat bearing surface, and applying a magnetic pull force directing to the bearing surface on the ferromagnetic material layer. Drawn by the magnetic pull force, the ferromagnetic material layer abuts closely against the flat bearing surface, smoothing out the flexible substrate, and meanwhile fixing the flexible substrate on the bearing surface.

Abstract: A quantum dot light emitting element includes a substrate, a cathode arranged on the substrate for supplying electrons, an electron injection/electron transport layer, a quantum dot light emitting layer, a hole injection/hole transport layer, and an anode for supplying holes. The cathode and the anode are arranged on the same side of the substrate. The electron injection/electron transport layer, the quantum dot light emitting layer, and the hole injection/hole transport layer are inserted between the cathode and the anode. One side of the electron injection/electron transport layer is connected to the cathode. The electron injection/electron transport layer and hole injection/hole transport layer are used for transmitting the electrons and the holes to the quantum dot light emitting layer, respectively. The electrons and the holes recombine in the quantum dot light emitting layer for emitting light. The electron injection/electron transport layer comprises a water-alcohol soluble conjugated polymer (WACPs).

Abstract: A quantum dot light emitting device includes a base plate and an anode, a hole transportation layer, a light emissive layer, an electron transportation layer, and a cathode arranged on the same side of the base plate. The anode and the cathode are opposite to and spaced from each other and receive the hole transportation layer, the light emissive layer, and the electron transportation layer to be interposed therebetween. The hole transportation layer is connected to the anode. The light emissive layer and the electron transportation layer are sequentially stacked on the hole transportation layer that is distant from the anode. The electron transportation layer is connected to the cathode. The light emissive layer includes a quantum dot light emitting material and a small-molecule organic light emitting material, which is filled in gaps present in the quantum dot light emitting material.
