    Abstract: The liquid crystal display provided by the present invention acquires the light of linear polarization by doping the quantum-dot material in the color resist layer to excite the quantum-dots by the backlight to form the light of a certain light spectrum and cooperating with the anisotropic polarization layer manufactured by organic dye molecules for selectively allowing the light of different polarization states to pass through. The light leakage issue due to the light polarization state change caused by the quantum-dot material can be effectively solved to raise the contrast ratio. The polarization layer can be employed to replace the upper or the lower polarizer, and thus, one polarizer attachment process can be omitted to simplify the process, to save the cost and meanwhile to achieve better polarization result.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, and in particular, to a polarizer applicable to a display device. The polarizer comprises a stack which at least includes: a functional layer, capable of affecting a polarization direction of an optical wave and converting wavelength of the optical wave, and a protective layer located at an outermost part of the stack. In this manner, two important functions are integrated into the polarizer, which can not only improve the color gamut and the light utilization rate of the display device, but also ensure that light emitted can have a desired polarization state, thus enhancing the display quality of the display device.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a manufacture method of a polarization and alignment function integration film and a liquid crystal display panel comprising the polarization and alignment function integration film. The manufactured polarization and alignment function integration film manufactured by the manufactured method has polarization property and alignment function. As the polarization and alignment function integration film is applied in the liquid crystal display panel, it can replace the polarizer and the alignment film in the liquid crystal display panel according to prior art for decreasing the type and the amount of the optical films and saving one polarizer alignment process. Significantly, the production process is simplified and the production cost is saved to gain the benefits of cost reduction. Besides, the polarization and alignment function integration film is particularly applicable for the liquid crystal display panel structure which needs to locate the polarizer inside.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The array substrate of the present invention includes: a base plate (1), a TFT layer (2) arranged on the base plate (1), a quantum dot layer (3) arranged on the TFT layer (2), and a protective filter layer (4) arranged on the quantum dot layer (3). The arrangement of the quantum dot layer (3) helps compensate the insufficiency of color displaying of an existing color filter layer and expands the range of color gamut. The arrangement of the protective filter layer (4) helps overcome the issues of poor efficiency and stability of the prior art quantum dot.
