Abstract: This disclosure describes, in part, techniques for analyzing sensor data to identify a bottleneck location within a physical establishment, and then providing a recommendation based on the bottleneck location. For instance, a payment service may analyze a layout of a physical establishment using sensor data representing movements of users within the physical establishment. Based on the analysis, the payment service can identify a location within the physical establishment in which movements of the users correspond to one another. For instance, the payment service can identify that the users are located at a similar location within the physical establishment at a given time period. The payment service can then generate and provide a message that indicates a location for moving an object such that users can utilize new routes through the physical establishment.

Abstract: This disclosure describes, in part, an enhanced user interface that presents indications based on sensor data. For instance, a merchant device may present a user interface to a merchant, where the user interface includes at least a layout of a floor plan of a physical establishment and a graphical element corresponding to an object located within the physical establishment. The merchant device may then present a first indication associated with the object based on determining that a user has been outside of a predetermined distance of the object for a threshold period of time, and present a second indication associated with the object based on determining that the user is within the predetermined distance. In some instances, the merchant device makes the determinations using data received from at least one of an electronic device associated with the table, an electronic device associated with the user, or an image capturing device.

Abstract: An online order management service is configured to interface between merchants and order/delivery services so that a merchant can provide a catalog to multiple order/delivery services without having to communicate directly with the order/delivery services. A recommendation service is also provided to provide recommendations to merchants regarding which of multiple order/delivery services to use. The recommendation service bases its recommendations on historical order data that has been archived by the online order management service, as well as on known or derived merchant properties. The recommendation service may also recommend product items to be included in a catalog in order to improve sales results achieved when listing the catalog with any particular order/delivery service.

Abstract: This disclosure describes, in part, techniques for utilizing an enhanced user interface to create interactive layouts. For instance, a merchant device may present a user interface to a merchant, where the merchant can use the user interface to create a layout of a physical establishment. The merchant device can then receive inputs indicating respective locations of designated sections and objects within the physical establishment, and update the layout to include graphical elements corresponding to the designated sections and the objects at the respective locations. After creating the layout, the merchant device can send data corresponding to the layout to a payment service. The payment service can analyze the layout to determine locations within the physical establishment for placing designated sections and objects. Additionally, the payment service can send the merchant device messages that indicate the locations.
