A fluid nozzle includes a nozzle chip that includes a through hole having an inlet port from which a fluid supplied to the fluid nozzle is introduced and an outlet port from which the introduced fluid is ejected; and a base metal member that supports the nozzle chip embedded in a rear portion of the base metal member. The fluid nozzle receives the fluid supplied to the rear portion from the inlet port and ejects the fluid from the outlet port. An exposed portion of the base metal member is covered with a ceramic coating so that the base metal member does not touch the fluid.

A drive system can be simplified and downsized, improves its operability, and can be configured to clamp or unclamp a work at an accurate drive timing. This invention is a clamp device of a drill. This invention includes a clamp collet inserted into a hole formed in the work, a mandrels inserted slidably inside the clamp collet, a piston-cylinder mechanism reciprocating the mandrels axially, and a directional valve driving a piston. The directional valve includes a forward introduction port introducing a pressured fluid for advancing a ram of the drill, and a main introduction port introducing the main pressured fluid. When the pressured fluid is introduced to the forward introduction port, it is clamped by a one-way movement of the piston.

A clamping device is attached to a front part of a body of a boring machine for clamping the boring machine and a workpiece together. The clamping device comprises a fixed piston fixed on the front part of the body, a movable piston equipped over the front part of the body movably in the axial direction of a spindle of the boring machine, a first pressure chamber, a second pressure chamber, a pressurized fluid-supply device to supply pressurized air to the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber so that the movable cylinder is moved in the axial direction, a connecting mechanism an end portion of which is connected to the movable cylinder, and a clamping unit which is connected to the other end portion of the connecting mechanism, and is fixed to a certain position of the workpiece.
