Abstract: A display panel and a device are provided. The display panel includes a first substrate. The first substrate includes a first metal layer and a second metal layer. The first metal layer includes first metal portions. Each of the first metal portions includes a plurality of second sub-portions arranged along a second direction. The second metal layer includes a plurality of data lines. Each of the second sub-portions is disposed between two adjacent data lines. In a top view, the display panel includes a plurality of columns of pixels or a plurality of rows of pixels. Each of two sides of each of the columns of pixels is provided with one of the data lines.
