    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a production process and device for synthesizing bisphenol A by a resin method, including a condensation reaction unit for performing a catalytic condensation reaction between phenol and acetone to generate bisphenol A, a first-stage adduct crystallization unit for mixing a concentrated solution with adduct crystals recycled after melting and then performing adduct crystallization, a liquid-phase dephenolization unit for melting an adduct to yield a bisphenol A product, a secondary adduct crystallization unit for recycling phenol and bisphenol A from a mother solution, a solvent recycling unit for recycling unreacted phenol and unreacted acetone, and discharging phenol-containing process water for sewage treatment, and a cracking and rearrangement unit for recycling the phenol from the mother solution, and convert bisphenol A, 2,4-bisphenol A and the like therein in the mother solution into the bisphenol A.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation system of ethylene by ethanol dehydration and device thereof. The device includes an ethanol dehydration reaction system, a quenching compression system, an alkaline washing system, a molecular sieve drying system, an ethylene purification system and a propylene refrigeration cycle system. Part of ethylene produced by the ethylene purification system are used as circulating ethylene in the molecular sieve drying system for desorption regeneration of molecular sieve drying towers. The molecular sieve drying system includes the steps: (1) feeding crude ethylene and water from the alkaline washing system into the molecular sieve drying system, and after removing the water therefrom, feeding the obtained crude ethylene into the ethylene purification system; and (2) feeding part of the products of ethylene, as the circulating ethylene, produced by the ethylene purification system into the molecular sieve drying system.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vinyl acetate production process and device. By arranging a stabilizing process, an acetic acid recovery system and a desorption system and device, the composition of circulating gas is changed, the explosion range is narrowed, the volume fraction of maximum permissible oxygen at an inlet of a reactor is increased under the same production load and the same catalyst condition, the safety of the production process is improved, and the conversion per pass across the reaction is increased; and meanwhile, a material separation sequence is reasonably segmented according to an actual production condition. The present disclosure arranges a first gas separating tower which recovers surplus heat of reaction gas, reduces the energy consumption of the system, and therefore the energy consumption throughout the production flow process is reduced; the present disclosure further arranges the acetic acid recovery system.
