Abstract:
An electrical pulse stimulation system includes a pulse generator, a first lead electrically connected to the pulse generator, and a second lead electrically connected to the pulse generator. The pulse generator is configured to deliver a left sacral nerve electrical pulse stimulation signal to the first lead and deliver a right sacral nerve electrical pulse stimulation signal to the second lead. The pulse generator is further configured to determine and adjust a stimulation quantity proportion of the left sacral nerve electrical pulse stimulation signal and the right sacral nerve electrical pulse stimulation signal according to a sacral nerve data of a patient.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to an electrical stimulation therapy method. The method includes applying a variable frequency stimulation pulse to target nerve tissue of the patient, wherein the variable frequency stimulation pulse comprises at least two kinds of electrical stimulation pulse trains at different frequencies; the at least two kinds of electrical stimulation pulse trains alternately stimulate target nerve tissue and form a plurality of pulse train periods; and each of the at least two kinds of alternate electrical stimulation pulse trains in each of the plurality of pulse train periods has a duration in a range from about 0.1 seconds to about 60 minutes. An implantable medical device for generating the variable frequency stimulation pulse is also related.
Abstract:
An implantable lead includes a pipe, a flexible conductive layer, at least one connector, at least one contactor and at least one wire. The pipe includes a first end portion, a second end portion opposite to the first end portion, and a middle portion connecting the first end portion and the second end portion. The flexible conductive layer is located on the middle portion of the pipe. The at least one connector is located on the first end portion of the pipe. The at least one contactor is located on the second end portion of the pipe. The at least one wire is located in the pipe and electrically connects the at least one connector and the at least one contactor. A medical device using the implantable lead is also provided.
