Abstract: A capacitive deionization system includes a first deionization cell, a second deionization cell and an integrated DC/DC converter/power source. The first deionization cell includes a first reservoir and a first set of electrode pairs. The second deionization cell includes a second reservoir and a second set of electrode pairs.
