Abstract: A method of retrofitting a building exterior with an insulation and cladding construction has a multitude of steps. One step involves placing rigid panel insulation members to certain areas of the building exterior. A subsequent step involves spraying polyurethane insulation foam to certain areas of the building exterior. And yet another step involves spraying cladding over the rigid panel insulation members placed at the building exterior, and involves spraying the cladding over the previously-sprayed polyurethane insulation foam. The sprayed cladding cures in-place and, once cured, constitutes a continuous and monolithic cladding exterior construction over the placed rigid panel insulation members and over the sprayed polyurethane insulation foam.
