Abstract: A heart rate information concealed video transmission device includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter compresses an input video and transmits the compressed video to a network, and the receiver decodes a received compressed stream, and attempts heart rate estimation by rPPG and generation of a biometric identifier. In order to invalidate heart rate estimation by a biological information processor, a corrected video generator outputs a corrected video in which small temporal variation of the input video is suppressed.
