Abstract: A returnable beverage case is disclosed which is folded into its final configuration from a single flat blank of material. The folding sequence takes place in such a manner that the resultant case comprises triple thick walls, double thick side walls and a triple thick bottom to produce a case having increased strength and an improved resistance to the wicking of moisture into the bottom edges of the case.
