Abstract: The present invention includes a method and device for generating hydrogen and oxygen from water using the heterodyning or impacting of two radio frequencies, one higher than the other with one of the radio frequencies being in the ultra high radio frequency bandwidth (UHF) and the other being in the very high radio frequency bandwidth (VHF), against the surface of water in a shielded enclosure. It involves a clean, odorless, and silent process that is environmentally friendly, with no residue, fumes, or other unwanted byproducts. Optionally, water filtering means, water heating means, saltwater, and/or fresh water can be used. A water spray can also be used to increase the water surface area available for fracture by the radio frequency disturbance.
