Abstract: A massaging vibration device includes a cylinder and an outer enveloping member. A vibratory motor is mounted in the cylinder. The outer enveloping member is made of soft elastic material. The outer enveloping member envelops and is fixed around the cylinder. An overall outer diameter of the outer enveloping member assembled with the cylinder is smaller than 14 cm. The massaging vibration device can be mounted in a massaging roller to provide the massaging roller with a vibrating effect.
