Abstract:
A Voice over Internet Protocol phone (VoIP phone) includes a VoIP module coupled to an external network, a receiving module for receiving data stored in a portable memory device, and a control means coupled to the VoIP module and the receiving module for controlling the VoIP module according to the data stored in the portable memory device received by the receiving module. The VoIP phone can be utilized in public places without risk of compromising the security of personal information.
Abstract:
A crutch has a body, a sleeve, a foot and an adjusting device. The body has two parallel bows. Each bow has a bottom and an attachment segment near the bottom of the bows. Each attachment segment has a length and a distal end at the bottom of the bow. The sleeve is mounted between the attachment segments of the bows, has a length significantly longer than the attachment segments and extends beyond the distal ends of the attachment segments. The foot is mounted slidably in the sleeve. The adjusting device is mounted in the foot piece to adjust the length of the crutch.

A method for managing accounts of a web-phone includes storing a user data, storing a login data for accessing a voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) system for performing web-phone communication, receiving a first data, comparing the first data and the user data, and accessing the VoIP system with the login data for immediately performing the web-phone communication when the first data conforms to the user data.
Abstract:
A communication method and a communication system for the Internet phone are disclosed. Handsets can log in different instant messaging (IM) software, respectively, and a user can use the IM software logged in by each handset to enjoy the functions of the Internet phone via a logon library recording the corresponding relationships of the handsets and the IM software, so that the use flexibility and efficiency of the phone system are increased.

A support bar for an aid for walking includes a tubular part having a toothed inner wall. Multiple grooves are axially defined in the inner wall. Whereby, the overall weight of the aid for walking can be effectively decreased to enable a disabled or elderly person to use the crutch or the walking frame.

A self-testing message displaying system suitable for a computer is provided. The computer has multiple hardware devices, and the basic input/output system performs a power on self-test sequence on the computer and outputs a self-testing code when one of the hardware devices is error. The self-testing message displaying system includes a mother board and a display device. The mother board having a memory is disposed in the computer, and the memory stores the device codes corresponding to the hardware devices. The display including an on screen display control device is electrically connected to the mother board and used to store the on screen display symbols corresponding to the codes of the hardware devices. The on screen display control device is capable of accessing the device codes corresponding to the self-testing codes from the memory, such that the display device displays the on screen display symbols corresponding to the device codes.

A remote control, which can control a plurality of devices with UPnP support, and establish or receive a network phone call. Also a mobile memory module is provided for accessing the data of network account, financial account, or personal data stored in a mobile memory device to support the functions of phone number listing, wireless network payment service, or accessing or showing of personal data. The functions of network phone service and remote controlling are combined to increase the versatility and convenience of a remote control.
