Abstract:
An image shake correction apparatus of a camera in which an object image is formed on an image sensor that is driven to move in first and second directions, which are orthogonal to each other, in a plane orthogonal to an optical axis to compensate for camera shake. The image shake correction apparatus includes a first table provided in a camera body to be movable in the first direction, and a second table which supports the image sensor and is movable in the second direction on the first table. At least one of the first table and the second table is supported by one guide bar and supported by a linear actuator which moves the one of the first table and the second table along the one guide bar, the one guide bar extending in a corresponding one of the first direction and the second direction.
Abstract:
An ultrasonic motor is provided with a circular stator including a piezoelectric element and a comb teeth body with a multitude of comb teeth circumferentially aligned thereon, and a circular rotor supported by a rotating shaft and pressed against the comb teeth body, wherein the comb teeth respectively include, at least in a portion thereof press-contacting the rotor, a plurality of pin-shaped elements radially aligned at a predetermined interval. The pin-shaped element is elastically deformable in a radial direction at least in a tip portion thereof, and has a predetermined rigidity in a circumferential direction.
Abstract:
A rotary actuator includes a multi-polar magnet, in which north and south poles are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction, the multi-polar magnet being shaped into one of a circular ring and a circular arc member; and a coil body having coils which are provided around the multi-polar magnet to be capable of moving in the circumferential direction of the multi-polar magnet, each of the coils substantially lying on a plane that extends in a radial direction of the multi-polar magnet and orthogonal to the circumferential direction of the multi-polar magnet. The north and south poles of the multi-polar magnet are positioned apart from each other by a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction. Dimensions of each coil are predetermined so that length of each coil in the circumferential direction is associated with the predetermined interval. Predetermined currents are passed through the coils in a properly phased manner.
Abstract:
An ultrasonic motor includes a circular stator having a piezoelectric element and a comb-tooth body having a plurality of comb teeth which are circumferentially arranged thereon, and a circular rotor having a rotation shaft, the circular rotor being in press-contact with the comb teeth of the circular stator. The circular rotor is provided with a projection which is in the press-contact with the comb teeth, wherein a width of the projection is smaller than a radial width of the comb teeth, and wherein a radial position of the projection varies along a circumferential direction of the circular rotor.

An electroluminescent display device includes an electroluminescent display, and at least one switch which is positioned adjacent to an inner surface of the electroluminescent display, the switch being activated upon an outer surface of the electroluminescent display being pressed to resiliently deform the switch.
Abstract:
There is provided a linear swing actuator, which is provided with a multipolar magnet arranged with one magnetic pole in a central portion and its respective opposite magnetic poles at both ends thereof along a length direction; and a single coil arranged to be relatively movable in the length direction face to face with respect to the multipolar magnet. In this configuration, a distance between the magnetic pole in the central portion and each of the magnetic poles at the both ends is arranged to be shorter than a dimension in the length direction of the coil.
