    Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, systems and devices for scheduling at least one cell with downlink control information (DCI) for a user equipment (UE). One method includes receiving, by the UE, the DCI via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) from a network base station, the DCI used to schedule at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) on the at least one cell. Another method includes sending, by a network base station to the UE, the DCI via a PDCCH, the DCI used to schedule at least one PDSCH on the at least one cell.

In one embodiment, a wireless communication device determines that transmission of uplink control information (UCI) on at least a portion of a first uplink resource is canceled. In response to determining that the transmission of the UCI on the first resource is canceled, the wireless communication device determines a second uplink resource for transmitting the UCI. For example, a method includes performing a combined transmission of a first information multiplexed with a second information on a first physical channel resource selected from the first physical channel resource and a second physical channel resource, where the first physical channel resource and the second physical channel resource have different transmission priorities, where the first physical channel resource is configured to have a last symbol that is earlier in time compared to a last symbol configured for the second physical channel resource, and where the combined transmission is performed in response to the first physical channel resource being configured to include the first information that conflicts within a time period with the second physical channel resource being configured to include the second information.

In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication device is disclosed. The method comprises: determining a configuration of at least one power control parameter from a plurality of candidate configurations; determining, based on the configuration of the at least one power control parameter, a power headroom report (PHR) associated with an uplink transmission from the wireless communication device to a wireless communication node; and generating a power headroom report (PHR) medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) for reporting the PHR to the wireless communication node.

    Abstract: A system and method for codebook feedback for data retransmissions are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method performed by communication device includes: receiving at least one of first downlink information and second downlink information from a communication node, wherein: the first downlink information is received before uplink grant information is received, and the second downlink information is received after the uplink grant information is received; generating at least one hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ ACK), wherein the at least one HARQ ACK comprises at least one of: a first feedback information corresponding to the first downlink information, and a second feedback information corresponding to the second downlink information; and sending the HARQ ACK to the communication node in a feedback slot based on an uplink feedback timing indicated in the uplink grant information.
