A dispenser for substances includes an outer shell with a deformable outer wall which encloses the deformable container arrangement and at least one balancing valve for balancing air, wherein an air filled intermediary gap is located between the outer wall and the container arrangement and the dispenser is configured to dispense substances after pressure loading the outer shell, wherein the container arrangement includes at least two containers and a common dispensing head are connected with each other pressure tight in at least one portion, and wherein at least one of the containers includes self-closing filling valves which are configured to be openable by pressure during filling the at least two containers.

The present invention is directed to a spray applicator for spraying a tissue treatment medicant onto a tissue that has a container containing the medicant and is positioned at a proximal end of the spray applicator; a spray tip positioned at a distal end of the spray applicator; a cannula connecting the container with the spray tip; an actuatable dispensing mechanism at a proximal end of the applicator to express the medicant from the container through the cannula and through the spray tip toward the tissue; an optional pressurized gas source discharging a gas through the cannula in the vicinity of the spray tip or inside the spray tip; and a distance indicator that provides indicia of the distance between the spray tip and the tissue but does not prevent positioning the spray tip closer to the tissue than a defined distance for the distance indicator.

A dispensing system includes a container containing a flowable base formulation to be dispensed, an additive mixing device, and an actuable pump engine which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body with an internal cavity, an additive ingredient within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber between an input and an output. With each pump of the device the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. Multiple additive mixing devices may be interchangeable for different formulations, and the mixing devices may be refillable.

A multi-chambered bottle includes first and second chambers, a metering stage, a pour spout and a cap. The metering stage includes first and second metering stage sections connectable to respective mouths of the first and second chambers. Each metering stage section comprises a nozzle having a liquid inlet orifice and a liquid outlet orifice, and a vent tube having an air inlet orifice and an air outlet orifice at opposite ends of the vent tube, the air inlet orifice to be disposed outside of the respective chamber and the air outlet orifice to be disposed inside of the respective chamber, the vent tube disposed relative to the nozzle such that a line crossing a center of the air inlet orifice and a center of the liquid outlet orifice forms an acute angle with a normal axis of the bottle.

A pump assembly for generating and dispensing of particles of a solid material with or without dispensing of a fluid. The pump assembly preferably includes a fluid pump which in a cycle of operation draws the fluid through a fluid inlet and dispenses the fluid out a fluid outlet. The pump assembly carries a block of the solid material coalesced together and a rasp member, which during the cycle of operation, moves relative the rasp in engagement with the block whereby the rasp member disengages particles of the solid material from the block which particles drop under gravity downwardly adjacent the fluid outlet, for example, onto a user's hand as in the case that the fluid is a hand cleaning fluid and the solid is a solid soap.

The present invention relates to a multi-component fragrance dispensing apparatus comprising at least an aqueous based composition and a volatile solvent based composition, wherein the apparatus comprises two separate containers, two separate non-spray dispensers, and one exit orifice therein. Methods of using the apparatus for providing a longer lasting fragrance is also encompassed by the present invention.

A first subset of the reservoirs can be selectively actuated to dispense an individual fluid from the selected reservoir. A second subset of the reservoirs can be simultaneously actuated to dispense two or more fluids in mixed form.
