Abstract:
A process for using Rice Husk residue as an alternative fuel to fossil fuels (such as Natural Gas and LPP oils 1 A . . . 9 A) in the combustion chamber of a stationary or rotary silicate kiln, where the waste is collected in dump trucks and unloaded into a proper silo; then passes through a dryer feeding silo where it is atomized in the kiln combustion chamber; a high-pressure, low-flow fan is then used to atomize it, along with all the necessary air, which can be used in oxy-combustion kilns; all the combustion gases are cooled by mixing with cold air and the incandescent gas from the kiln; and they are then collected and passed through a sleeve filter for proper filtration.

The present disclosure relates to a non-electric, multifunctional, configurable pellet-burning system for domestic and industrial use, which has a removable burner and an inclined hot gas outlet duct that connects said burner of the system with a heat accumulator tank that operates as a second combustion chamber and as a particle filter.
Abstract:
A method for drying biomass fuel using waste heat of flue gas from a power plant. The method includes: 1) stepwise recovering, by multi-stage condensation, sensible heat of flue gas; stepwise heating air using the sensible heat, to yield first-stage dry air and second-stage dry air; 2) convectively drying and dehydrating biomass fuel using the first-stage dry air having a temperature of between 150 and 180° C.; 3) further convectively drying and dehydrating the biomass fuel using the second-stage dry air having a temperature of between 80 and 100° C.; and 4) drying and dehydrating the biomass fuel using the third-stage dry air having a temperature of less than or equal to 25° C.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for drying high moisture, low calorific value lignite for a generating set and recovering water contained therein and an apparatus thereof, which mainly consisting of a rotary steam tube dryer, a washing cooling tower, a coal mill, a 1st bag filter I, a condenser, a weighing surge bunker, a water ring vacuum pump and so on. In the present invention, a drying system is integrated with a milling system, every dryer and the corresponding coal mill are disposed and are directly connected via a surge bunker, thereby not only saving the heat lost during the transportation of pulverized coal, but also omitting a long-distance transportation from a conventional drying system to a conventional milling system, effectively avoiding such phenomena as dust pollution, waste and spontaneous combustion during transportation and transshipment, simplifying the coal preparation system employed in the front-end process of drying.
Abstract:
A system for drying pulverized high moisture fuel for use in a selective catalytic reduction system equipped combustion system is provided. The combustion system includes a mill for pulverizing fuel, an air heater, two fuel gas streams at different temperatures, a booster air heater and a fuel duct for feeding dried pulverized fuel to a combustion furnace.

The present disclosure provides tetra-substituted cyclobutane inhibitors of Androgen Receptor Action, and methods of using such inhibitors, for the treatment of hormone-refractory cancers.
Abstract:
Coal is properly dried and the efficiency of a boiler is increased while suppressing any reduction in efficiency of the boiler and the generation of hydrocarbon gas components. Employed are a coal dryer that dries coal, a boiler in which the coal that is dried in the coal dryer is mixed with air for combustion and burned, an air heater that heats the air for combustion that is supplied to the boiler using combustion exhaust gas discharged from the boiler, a precipitator that collects dust included in the combustion exhaust gas, a desulfurization plant that performs a desulfurization process on the combustion exhaust gas, and heat recovery equipment that heats a heating medium using the combustion exhaust gas. The coal dryer dries the coal using the heat energy of the heating medium that has been heated in the heat recovery equipment.
Abstract:
The present invention provides methods and systems for reducing moisture in coal, particularly coal fines and other coal streams comprising small diameter particles, using a granular drying material. The invention also relates to novel coal products and intermediates useful in connection with the process. The method and system reduced moisture by contacting the coal with the granular drying material. The granular drying material is selected to be readily separated from the coal fines using a size separation technique such as a sieve screen. The granular drying material is the regenerated, preferably using a process involving heat exchange and cross-flow air. The granular drying material is preferably capable of regeneration and recycling in a continuous process with minimal attrition.
Abstract:
The present invention relates generally to processes for preparing an inorganic sodium and/or chlorine contaminated low-rank coal feedstock for combustion in a fluidized fuel combustor to generate steam and, desirably, co-generate electricity.
Abstract:
A system for fluidizing and conveying a powdery product is provided. The system includes plurality of powder-locking and metering vessels, the vessels each having a conveying line for the powdery product and a control mechanism for the mass flow of the powdery product. The conveying lines are brought together to form a common conveying line and are supplied to a remover of the powdery product. The powder-locking and metering vessels are alternatively fed with the powdery product and tensioned with the fluidizing gas under operating pressure. The control mechanisms of the powder-locking and metering vessels are activated in such a manner that the mass flow sum of powdery product in the conveying lines is identical to the desired value for the mass flow of powdery product to the remover of the powdery product.
